法乐氏四联症根治术后持续心内压力监测的应用

Applications of continuous intracardiac pressure monitoring after surgical repair of tetralogy of Fallot

1993年1月-1996年12月行法乐氏四联症根治术252例，其中术后持续心内测压196例（单纯左房测压90例，左房右室同时测压92例，单纯右室测压17例）。应用体会是，该技术较简单安全，取得血流动力学资料客观、准确，可用于估计畸形矫治的程度，对法乐氏四联症术后病情、预后判断和指导治疗有较大实用价值，值得在法东氏四联症术后监测中应用。

From Jan. 1993 to Dec. 1996, 252 cases of Tetralogy of Fallot received surgical correction, among these cases, 196 cases were monitored with postoperative in tracardiac pressure. Through practical using, we believe that this technique is simple and safe.The haemodynamic data acquired are precise and objective, and can be used to evaluate the degree of deformation corrected, assess patient ' s condition, predict prognosis and guide therapy. This technique is of value in use ther repair of Tetralogy of Faallot.
