急性心肌梗塞患者早期及恢复期心率变异性的演变

Heart rate variability in acute myocardial infarction and its assosiation with clinical course

通过观察85例急性心肌梗塞患者发病早期、恢复期1个月及6个月的心率变异性（HRV），并与111例冠心病患者（无梗塞）及35例正常对照者的心率变异检测的6项时阈指标比较，发现急性心肌梗塞患者急性期的HRV较冠心病人及正常人均明显降低，以后逐步回升，半年后趋于稳定，但各项指标仍低于对照组。急性心肌梗塞早期HRV的指标低下提示预后不良。

In 85 patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI), heartrate variability (HRV) parameters were analysis in the first24-48 hours, one month and six month after AMI. all HRVparameters show a significantly lower vallues in early phase ofAMI than that of patients with chronic ischemic heart disease and normal subjects. There were an greatly improvament ofHRV parameters ather one month and stability ahter sir monthof recovery. However HRV parameter were still lower thanhealthy subjects of similar age. The results suggests thatHRV did not fully recover after AMI and low HRV predicatedan adverse prognostice infomation.
