摘要
A slow and a fast accessory pathway coexist in a 30 -year old, female patient. This is rare in clinical practice and usuall results in a serious complex endocardiac electrocardiogram which often makes the electrophysiologists confused. To interpret those complex endocardiac ECG, deailed electro physiological study had been carried out Slow and fast Path way were finially determined through catheter mapping and radilfrequency ablation. In this paper we discussed the possible mechnisms of this particular phenomenon.
