摘要
本文主要介绍利用航空遥感技术对岳阳市城市用地现状调查应用的过程。划分了城市用地分类系统及形象特征；基本查明了岳阳市城市各类用地的面积；并对城市用地现状进行了分析，指出了城市用地存在的主要问题；为规划部门提供了基础技术资料。
By way of aerial remote sensing technology, the authors have expounded the municipal land classification system and the image characteristics, basically found out the areas of various kinds of municipal land in Yueyong city, analysed their current situation and pointed out the main problems. All of these results have provided basic dada for the city planning department.
