本文针对目前大学英语教学的具体情况，按照《大学英语教学大纲》的要求，对如何在听力课教学中培养学生初步的说的能力进行了探讨，并扼要讨论了在培养学生英语口语交际能力时应该注意的几个问题。

on the present conditions of College English teaching,and in accordance with therequirements of College English Syllabus,this paper focuses on how to develop students' elementaryspeaking ability while conducting the course in English listening and briefly discusses some aspects that merit special attention in improving students'communicative competence in oual English.
