高精度相差电压转换器及其误差分析

本文对ＧＳＴ－１型三轴台的相差电压转换器的原理进行了深入分析，而且当鉴相宽度为最小分辨率时，提供对应的电压输出。

The phase error-voltage converter theory of the GST-1 three-axis test table is deeply analyzed in this paper.The converter should provide suitable output when the phase demodulation width is at its smallest resolution,and some factors which would cause errors are calculated in numerical quantities.All these provide reliable promise to make the system a high accuracy.
