高精度转台测角系统温漂补偿的研究

Study of Temperature Compensation in Angle Measurement System of High Precision Test Table

本文从感应同步器原理出发，推导了由于激磁电源的非正交性引起的测量误差模型，并从实验出发检测了测角误差与温度的关系，提出了一种温漂补偿方法，提高了测角系统的温度稳定性和测量精度。

In this paper,the method of measuring error which is caused by deviation of rightangle in exciting magnetism power of inductosyn is made out.And it′s relation with temperature is detected from experiments. So a temperature compensation method is put forward.The performance of angle measurement system is improved.
