摘要
文章分析了特区经济再发展的国内外环境，提出特区经济再发展的战略思路应是在优化内部经济、实现两个转变、发展外向型经济的同时，积极制定西进战略。
Based on an analyzing of the internal and external environments for economic redevelopment of China's special economic zone (SEZ ) , this paper is of opinion that the strategy for SEZ economic redevelopment should be centered on working out a trade-expan- sion-westward strategy while optimizing their respective economic factors, realizing the two transformations, and developing export-oriented economy of their own.
