摘要
高校实行聘任制是校内人事管理制度综合改革的一项重要举措。本文通过阐述高校实行聘任制的目的,并分析其存在的主要问题,提出对策性措施。
The engagement system for the buildup of administrative and teaching staff now practiced in Chino's higher learning institutions is a comprehensive measure for reform- ing their personnel administrative system. This paper makes an introduction to the purposes of the engagement system for the buildup of administrative and teaching staff in China's high- er learning institutions, lists the chief problems thereof, and proposes some countermeasures to be taken.
