摘要
本文从我国对动产抵押的有关规定出发．分析了动产抵押权登记的对抗力、动产抵押权效力所及标的物的范围以及动产抵押权与其他担保物权并存时的优先效力等问题，并对动产抵押实践中存在的问题提出看法。
Starting from the provisions for chattels mortgage in China, this paper makes an analysis of such problems concerning chattels mortgage as forces antagonistic to chattels mortgage registration, targeted objects within its scope of validity, and the precedence to be claimed when chattels mortgage coexists with other guaranty rights. Also, the authors offer their persona1 opinions upon some other problems in the practice of chattels mortgage.
