U. S. anti-dumping policy against China's goods and the countermeasures to be taken

目前，反倾销已成为国际上通行的一种非关税壁垒措施，美国对华频繁实施反倾销对中国出口贸易带来不利的影响。本文就当前美国对华商品反倾销的特点、原因、后果等进行分析．并提出了中国应采取的相应对策。

Anti-dumping has been prevalently used as a means of non-tariff barrier against any undesirable importer country in international trade. The fact that U. S. A. imposes anti-dumping upon China on many occasions has exerted serious influence upon China's importation and exportation. This paper makes an analysis of the causes, characteristics,and aftereffect of U. S. anti-dumping policy against China's goods and proposes some corresponding countermeasures to be taken by China.
