摘要
合肥是一个建国以来迅速发展的古城，按规划已形成一个“绿环绕城，三翼伸展”的城市布局。本文从环境保护和动态变化角度分析这个布局的特色，阐述形成的客观因素和规划工作发挥的主观指导作用，并对未来进行展望。
Hefei is an age-old city of rapid development after libration, The urban district has been formed according to city planning. In this paper, the objective reason of forming the urban district is analyzed and subjective role of city planning is explaned.
