冀海1×1斜井测试联作新工艺的改进与应用

摘要 大斜度深井射孔一测试联作施工中,由于下钻管柱易遇阻、P-T封隔器旋转坐封扭矩大不易坐封、射孔枪引爆时容易损坏压力计时钟等原因,造成施工难度大,成功率低。在冀海1×1斜井射孔一测试联作施工中,对常规管柱进行了改进,采用了RS封隔器、PR转换工具及阻振器、安全枪等,经冀海1×1井实例验证,该工艺是可行的。 In the operation of DST with perforating guns in very deviated deep wells,running-in string is easily stuck, P-T packer is difficult to set because of its great setting torque, gun firing shock easily damages pressure recorders and clocks, so such operation is extremely difficult with Iow success ratio. In the operation of DST with perforating guns in Jihai 1 × 1 deviated well, the conventional string was modified to use RS packer,PR crossover tool,shock absorbers and safety , guns etc. This technology is proven applicable through field test in Jihai 1 × 1 well.
