DC98GY Inflatable Coal Gas Tester

DC98GY膨胀式煤层气测试器属小井眼煤层气测试工具，它由两大部分组成：地面泵压注液控制系统和井下测试工具系统。它的工作原理是：用油管将测试工具进入目的层，向油管柱中泵压注入清水，使封隔器膨胀坐封；再加压打开内循环阀，管柱内与煤气层沟通，使注液渗透到煤层气中；当注液压回升到一定值时，停止泵压并关闭关井阀，则电子压力计完全接收煤层气的特性参数。此工具结构简单、操作方便、适用范围广，且能与试油测试工具组合连接，在油田深井、超深井、丛式井中广泛应用。

DC98GY inflatable coal gas tester is a slimhole coal gas testing tool. It is composed of two big parts:Surface pumping injection control system and downhole testing tool system. The working principle of the whole system is: run the downhole tool with tubing string to the zone to be tested,pump sweet water to the tubing to inflate and set the packer,then apply inner pressure to open circulating value to communicate inside string with coal gas formation and force the injection fIuid to filter into the formation. When pressure of injected fluid increases to a certain value,stop pumping and close the surface shut - in value to let the electronic gauges to fully acquire the characteristics of coal gas formation. With the features of simple structure, easy operation,extensive applicability,and compatible with DST tools,this tool system is now widely used in deep wells,ultradeep weIls and cluster wells in the oilfields.
