摘要 在使用地面直读电子压力计及数据采集系统时,由于几种原因会造成采集的数据丢失或异常;1.电子压力计电路问题;2,电缆及信号线问题;3.信号转换器及接口电缆问题;4.接口卡问题;5.打印机问题;6.软件操作问题。针对这些原因,采用TurboC2.0编制的具有监测、报警功能的软件可与原数据采集软件同时执行,实现了一边采集数据,一边监测数据。本文详细介绍了该软件的编制方法。通过在大港油田十余口井上实际应用,取得了较好的效果。 When using surface - direct - reading pressure in strument and data acquisition system, there are several reasons which caused data loss and data abnormal: 1. the trouble of electric circuit of pressure instrument; 2. the trouble of electric cable and signal source line; 3. the trouble of signal translator and interface cable; 4. the trouble of interface card; 5. the trouble of printer; 6. the trouble of software operation. According to these reasons, a software with the ability of supervisory controlling and warning is programmed by using the language of Turb C 2. 0. This software can work with the software of data acquisition,so we can acquisiste data and supervisory control at the same time. The programming method of the software is introduced in detail in this paper. Applying this software on more than 10 wells,it showed good results.
