The Effect of Leustroducsin on Cytokine Gene Expression in Human Bone Marrow Stromal Cell Line BM01

应用逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)方法,观察leustroducsin对人骨髓基质细胞系BM01细胞因子基因表达的影响。结果显示,leustroducsin是白细胞介素6(interleukin 6,IL-6)的诱导剂,可诱导BM01的IL-6基因表达明显增强。

The purpose of this research is to study the effect of leustroducsin on cytokine gene expression in human bone marrow stromal cell line BM01 . The gene expression of the cytokines was detected by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction. The result shows that leustroducsin is an inducer of in-terleukin 6. It can enhance the gene expression of IL-6 in BM01 cells.
