摘要 本文报道了3株人白血病细胞系(HL-60,CEM和J6-1/SCID)小鼠模型的建立及其生长特点。发现人粒细胞白血病细胞系(HL-60)和T淋巴细胞系(CEM)给SCID小鼠静脉或腹腔移植后均发生全身性白血病,外周血可见白血病细胞。J6-1细胞(可能来自恶性淋巴瘤)眼眶后静脉移植后具有恶性淋巴瘤生长特点,在局部形成瘤块(与瘤细胞漏出血管有关),并侵及颌下淋巴结,无全身性播散。由此可见,人白血病细胞/SCID小鼠模型更类似于人类白血病,是进行人类白血病研究新的良好的模型。 Establishment of three human leukemic cell lines/SCID mouse models and their growth properties were described. It was found that the human myelocytic leukemic cells (HL-60) and T-lymphocytic leukemic cells implanted into SCID mice appeared to be diffusive growth in whole body accompanied with tumor cells in peripheral blood. The growth pattern of J6-1 cells (may be originated from malignant lymphoma) looked like malignant lymphoma cells without diffusive spread, but forming local tumor. Therefore, human leukemia/SCID mouse model was more similar to human leukemia. It is a new and useful model to study human leukemia.
