树突状细胞接种——肿瘤免疫治疗的新策略 被引量：1

摘要 肿瘤的免疫学治疗方法一直得到广泛的研究。由早年的非特异性免疫增强剂到后来的LAK,TIL过继免疫治疗,随着基础免疫学对免疫应答、T细胞活化机制认识的逐步深入,人们对肿瘤免疫逃逸机制亦有了新的认识,进而产生了旨在增强肿瘤免疫原性治疗肿瘤的一系列新方法。这些新方法包括:将某些细胞因子基因转染人肿瘤细胞。
