精-甘-天冬-丝氨酸四肽对血小板聚集和促分裂原活化蛋白激酶活性的影响 被引量：1

摘要 RGDS(Arg-Gly-Asp-Ser)是血浆纤维蛋白原(fibrinogen,Fg)A α链上的四肽氨基酸残基,为血小板糖蛋白(GP)Ⅱb/Ⅲa复合物的配基。近年用含RGDS结构物作为血小板GPⅡb/Ⅲa受体阻断剂抗栓治疗,获得较好疗效,但RGDS抗血小板聚集的细胞内信息传递途径,目前尚未完全阐明。促分裂原活化蛋白激酶(mitogen-activated protein kinase,MAPK)
