TNF-α对日本血吸虫雌虫产卵影响的体外试验研究

A STUDY ON EFFECT OF TNF-α ON EGG-LAYING BY FEMALE WORMS OF SCHISTOSOMA JAPONICUM IN VITRO

50d龄的日本血吸虫雌成虫在合不同浓度的肿瘤坏死因子（TNF－α）培养液中培养72h，观察其产卵情况，结果表明，TNF－α具有刺激雌虫产卵的作用，在10－40ng／ml范围内产卵量随TNF－α剂量增加而增高。TNF－α为40ng／ml时，雌虫产卵量达高峰。TNF－α为80ng／ml时，雌虫产卵量无继续增高趋势，提示TNF－α可在一定浓度范围内刺激日本血吸虫雌虫产卵。

To study the effect of TNF-α on egg-laying by femal worms of S. japonicum, 50-day-old femal worms were incubated in DEME medium with varied concentration of TNF-α for 72h. The results showed that TNF-α stimulated increase of egg-laying by the worms. The number of egg-laying was increased with the concentration elevation of TNF-α within 10-40 ng/ml of TNF-α. The number of egg-laying by the worms reached to the peak at 40 ng/ml of TNF- α,but the egg-laying number was not increased at 80 ng/ml of TNF-α. The results suggested that TNF-α possessed a ability of stimulating egg-laying by female adult worm of S. japon- icum within a definite range of dosage.
