Because the high melting point Silicon-iron allys are easy to melt and corrode premanent mould,the author,on basis of many experiment analysis,introduces a new type Alumina-Sodium silicates coating,which has the superior ability not only to withstand high temperature,but also to the mould and to withstand caused cracks in high temperature.
