The concept and design plan of the automatic engineering advisory system are presented in this paper.The automatic engineering advisory system is a soft-package which considers the computer as its tools,uses the achievements in the development of computer science as its supporting technology and provides an advisory of design,installation and debugging of an automatic system.And this package is specially useful for technicians engaged in the research of the automatic engineering.
