摘要
简介了AT89C51单片机性能及特点、FlashMemory编程技术以及程序存贮器加密方法;并对以该芯片为主机构成的时间控制器系统从硬件、软件方面做了较详细的论述。由于AT89C51具有全静态工作方式并支持软件选择两种节电模式,且内部带有4k电可擦的FlashMemory,因而该时间控制器与用其它芯片(如8031、87C51等)构成的相同系统比较,有着设计方便、硬件简洁、工作可靠、省时(编程时间极短)省电(功耗极低)。
This paper discusses the characteristics of AT89C51 single chip microcomputer,the programming of Flash Memoryand and coding system of the program storage.The time-controller composed of this single chip is theroughly described from handware and soltware.As compared with other chips,this kind is of static logic for operation and supperts two softwara selectable power saving modes.So,it has many advantages of being easier to program,lighly reliable,economic in power consumption and low in cost.
