摘要
本文研究了具有不同束缚强度的两维三电子量子点中关联电子态的能谱。发现能谱由两个因素确定,即泡利原理和等边三角形配置处的内禀节面。当禁闭势非常强时,泡利原理是决定性的;当禁闭势很弱时,内禀节面起很重要的作用,从而导致魔角动量的出现。
We have studied the energy spectra of correlated electron states with different confinement strength for the two-dimensional three-electron quantum dots, and find that the energy spectrum depends strongly on two factors-the Pauli's principle and the inherent nodal structure at equilateral triangle configurations, when the confinement potential is very strong, the former factor is decisive; otherwise, the latter plays a very important role resulting in the appearance of the magic angular momenta.
