摘要
本文报道了24种肟基磷酸酯化合物的杀螺结果,发现化合物2、10、11和14等均具有杀螺作用,在25℃室温时,浸杀48h,1mg/L的杀螺率分别为100.0%、93.3%、83.3%和96.7%;LD50分别为0.6017、0.3969、0.7973和0.3260mg/L。将上述化合物与氯硝柳胺组成(1∶1)复方,化合物5和6与氯硝柳胺组成的复方均具有较好的增效杀螺作用,增效比(SR)值分别为2.32和3.50。
Molluscicidal effects of 24 compounds of oximino phosphates against Oncomelania hupensis hupensis were reported. The results showed that the compound 2, 10, 11 and 14 appered to have mollusclcidal effects. The snail mortalities of these compounds were 100.0 %,93. 3%, 83. 3% and 96. 7% and the LD50, was 0. 6017mg/L. 0. 3693mg/L, 0. 7973mg/L and 0.3260mg/L respectively at the concentration of 1mg/L, 25 ℃,, by immersion for 48 hours.Compound 5 and 6 cornbined with niclosamide In 1: 1 showed significant synergism against snails. The synergism rates (RS) were 2. 32 and 3. 50 respectively.
