750MPa级热轧低碳低合金贝氏体建筑钢筋的研究 被引量:1

INVESTIGATION OF A 750MPA GRADE HOT-ROLLED LOW CARBONLOW ALLOY BAINITE STEEL FOR BUILDING

摘要 设计和研制了一种热轧态为750MPa级的低碳低合金贝氏体钢-20Mn2WNbB钢.测试了这种钢热轧后的冷却条件和焊接对显微组织和性能的影响,得出V8/5=15~2500℃/min之间,均可以获得贝氏体组织和高的强度和塑性配合.钢筋混凝土试验表明,钢材与混凝土的共同工作性能良好,破坏应力为780MPa,安全储备满足要求. A type of 750M Pa grade hot-rolled low carbon low alloy bainite steel-20Mn2WNbB steel is de-signed and studied in this paper.Effects of cooling conditions after hot rolling and welding on microstructures and properties in the investigated steel show that the good cooperation between the high strength and the plastic be- havior can be obtamed during V8/5=15~2500℃/min.In concrete-reinforcing test,joint working properties be- tween the concrete and the remforcing bar are very well,the fracture stress is 780MPa and the safety reserve at- tains the request.
