The Principles of the Term Harmonization between Tibetan, Chinese and English

跨民族语言术语的好处是能促进各种语言群体间的交流，但另一方面，它也可能妨碍一种语言群体内部的交流。藏、汉、英三种术语的协调，既有国际协调，又有民族协调，有待于术语工作者的努力。本文阐述藏、汉、英三种语言术语协调的原则。

The advantage of a supranational term is that it furthers communication between language communities but, on the other hand, it may also be a hindrance to communication within a language community. Term harmonization between Tibetan, Chinese and English includes both international and nationalharmonization, so it needs the further efforts of the terminological workers. This paper is to interprete the principles of the term harmonization.
