摘要
为探讨米非司酮配伍米索前列醇抗早孕的疗效，将3728例停经≤49天要求终止妊娠的早孕妇女随机分为米非司酮150mg二天服用（B组）与三天服用（A组）。结果显示：完全流产率A组96．00％，B组96．84％，差异无显著（P＞0.05）；不全流产121例（3．25％）均在半月内行清宫术，无一例再发生大出血。
In order to evaluate the effect of mifepristone and misoprostol in terminating the early pregnancy(≤49 days).We divided 3728 women who had early pregnancy and requested medital abortion into A group (mifepristone 150mg for 2days) and B group (the drug for 3 days). The results shows that the complete abortion rate in A group and B group was 96.00% and 96. 84% respetively. There were not any significant difference between them (P>0. 05% ). Ouly 121 women of incomplete abortion were undergoned for uterine curettaged in 15 days. None of them presented massive hemorrhage again.
