摘要
本文对我国大豆饼粕的生产情况及影响其质量的主要因素、衡量其品质的主要指标等进行了综述。
A summary of soybean meal production in China、the main factors of its quality in-fluenced and the indexes of its quality eveluated were reviewed in this paper.
