苜蓿叶蛋白不同提取方法的比较试验

以苜蓿和洋槐为原料提取叶蛋白的研究表明,对蛋白的产量、品质、提取率均以Hcl-处理效果最好,NaOH-处理次之,两者均高于无处理。用乙醇浸提可以明显提高叶蛋白中粗蛋白和胡萝卜素的含量,以90％的乙醇浸提效果最好。

Effect of Hcl-treated on yield and the nutritive value and extractive coefficieneof LPC is the best, the second is NaOH-treated. Both of them is better than the Un-treated. The Crude Protein content in LPC is increased with 90% etheanot.
