本文介绍水口山康家湾矿对落地式摩擦轮多绳提升机更换主绳与罐道绳中所采取的技术措施、安全措施和管理方法．可供同类型设备换绳参考。
This paper introduced technical safety measure and control method which replaced main rope and cage guide rope and Cage guide rope formultirope friction winder in shuikoushang Kangjiawan Pb-Zn mine,It had reterence for same tgpe plant.
