在0.32mol/LNH4Ac-NH4OH-0.16mol/LNH2OH·HCI-0.004mol/L丁二酮肟体系中.钴镍有灵敏的络合物吸附波,峰电位分别为-1.20V、-1.10V(VS.甘汞电极),线性范围分别为0.01~0.14μg/25mL、1~12μg/25mL,可用于水样和发样的测定。
There are sensitive complex-absorption waves Caused by Cobalt and Nickel in 0.32 mol/L NH4Ac-NH4OH-0.16 mol/LNH2OH·HCl-0. 004 mol/L Dimethylglyoxime system. The peak potentials are -1. 20 V and -1. 10 V (vs.SCE)respectively.Thelinear range is 0.01-0.14 μ g/25 ml for cobalt and 1~12 μ g/25 ml for Nickel respectively.Ttis can be used in thedetermination of Cobalt and Nickel in water and hair samples.
