本文记述了天津大银鱼受精卵扫描电镜的结果，显示了大银鱼受精卵的胚孔、卵膜丝、卵膜表面的形态特征，讨论了这些形态特征在大银鱼受精过程中的功能及胚胎发育与环境的关系。

Study on the ultrastructure of zygote of Tianjin Eperlanus chinensis Basilewsky showed characteristics of the embryo hole and filaments of external egg-membrane on it. Functions of these characteristics in the process of Eperlanus chinensis Basilewsky fertilization and relations of embryo growth with environments were discussed.
