摘要
通过具体数据阐述了我国及世界的水资源储量，开发利用现状，以及因资源短缺时社会经济发展的制约情况。对21世纪初的水资源需求量进行了预测。最后提出解决水资源短缺问题的途径。
Water reserves in the world and China, state of its development and utilization, and restriction of water shortage on development of society and economy are described on the basis of available data. Water demand at the beginning of the 21st century has been calculated. Finally, ways to solve water shortage are suggested.
