实验性脑缺血期间体感诱发电位的变化及其与脑血流的关系

摘要 在猫脑局限性脑缺血模型中,动态观察了正中神经电刺激诱发的短潜伏期皮层电位(SEP)的变化,同时测定了局部脑血流(放射微球法)。结果显示一侧大脑中动脉结扎后,同侧大脑半球的SEP皮层近场电位迅速畸形,表现为主负波波幅显著降低甚消失并呈进行性,而波潜伏期变异较大,并发现主波电位波幅与缺血中心区—颞区(斯氏回附近区域)血流量呈正相关(0.8016,P<0.01)。上述结果提示体感诱发电位是脑缺血研究的一个敏感电生理监测指标,可用来间接反映脑缺血的程度。 In order to investigate the change of somatoscnsory evoked potentials(SEP) in the focal cerebral ischemia,we continuatively recorded SEP by stimulating median nerve and measured the regional cerebral blood flow ( CBF) belorc and after occluding one side of middle cerebral artery in 21 cats.We found that after middle cerebral artery occlu sion,SEP were immdiatcly and dramatically malformated and found that the amplitude of the mam negative wave (MN),the near-field cortical responses of SEP,was positively correlated to the CBF of the central ischemic area cctosyvia gyri (0.8016,P<0.01).We concluded that SEP is a sensitive indicator of cerebral ischemia and can be used to estimate the degree of ischemia.
