摘要
126例S—T段改变,其S—T段升高组9例;S—T段平直下移组38例;S—T段下斜型下移组32例,S—T段上斜型下移组25例;非特异性S—T段改变组22例。心肌灌注显像结果:其缺血符合率分别为78％;89％;94％;48％;及23％。缺血符合率及严重程度与S—T段下移程度呈平行关系。
126 patients with ST esgments changs consisted of 9 elevations,38 level depressions,32 down-sloping depressions,25 up-sloping depressions and 22 nonspecific changs.The results of myocardial perfusion imaging indicated that the ischemic conformation rates were respectly 78%,89%,94%,48%and 23%.There was a kind of parallel relation between the degree of ST segments depressions and ischemic conformation tales,the degree of myocardial ischemia.
