周围性面神经炎的电生理检测与探讨

摘要 本文对72例周围性面神经炎进行神经传导速度、肌电图检测分析。根据电生理检测特征,将面神经炎分为三种类型:Ⅰ型面神经脱髓鞘病变型,Ⅱ型面神经轴索损害型,Ⅲ型为混合型。由此说明面神经炎有二种基本类型,即脱髓鞘型和轴索损害型。脱髓鞘型者,其临床预后较理想,轴索损害型者,其临床恢复慢,易留有后遗症。 Nerve conduction velocity and electromyogram were studied in 72 patients with facial neuritis.According to the eJectrophysiologic characteristic,the electrophysi-ological changes of peripheral facial neuritis were divided into three types:myelinoclasis,axon damage and mixed type.Therefore,there were two basic types;myelinoclasis and axon dam-cge.The patients with myelinoclyasis have good prognosis,patients with axon damage have poor prognosis and sequela.
