论非智力因素的功能及其培养对策

On the Function of Nonintelligence Factors and the Way to Cultivate Them

本文对非智力因素的功能及它对深化体育教学改革的积极作用进行了论述，提出了培养与激发大学生非智力因素的对策，并认为体育教学中发展学生非智力因素是提高教学质量和培养全面发展有所创造合格人才的需要。

This article describes the function of nonintelligence factors and the active role they play in the reform of teaching in physical education,and puts forward the way to cultivate the nonintelligence factors of the students. It also shows that to develop the nonintelligence factors of the students in the teaching of physical education is the need of improving the quality of teaching and making the students develop in an all-round way.
