摘要
当前游泳力量训练的理论、方法、手段的刨新是最引人注目的.本文的目的在于探讨发展最大力量和力量耐力的有效方法,并用有关生理生化指标进行评定,通过不同力量训练前后的对比,为游泳力量训练提供理论和实践的依据。
At present, what is most appealing is blazing new trails on the theories, approaches and methods of the swimming power training. The aim of this article is to inquire into the effective methods to bring forth the greatest power and power endurance,to evaluate with physiological and biochemical indexes and,by contrast-ing the different power training beforehand and afterwards,to provids theoretical and practical foundations for the swimming power training.
