摘要
本文根据跨栏跑的特点，采用两种程序教学的实验研究，检验程序教学较传统教学所具有的优越性。
This essay mainly introduces the characteristic of hurdle race and the research and experiment of two different kinds of programmed instruction,It tries to prove that programmed instruction is more advanced than traditional teaching method.
