摘要
本文针对跳远教学中，学生在起跳时摆动腿出现的一种错误动作，制定了一套针对性的纠正方法。并对其有效性进行了教学实验。
According to the wrong swinging leg movement at broad jump take-off of the students in broad jump teaching,the author has put forward and practised in teaching a series of methods to correct it.
