为适应当前世界篮球的“高速、对抗、高空争夺”更加激烈的发展趋势，尽快提高我国篮球运动水平，我国篮球界近年来实行了多项重大改革．随着俱乐部制的实行，外援引进和国内人才流动以及竞赛制度和方法的改革，我国篮球运动水平有了较大幅度的进步．队员无论身高，技术均有不同程度的提高．核心后卫队员虽注意了身高的选材，但技术与国外强队比较仍然差距较大，从训练来看仍有很大潜力可挖掘．核心后卫是贯彻执行作战方案、鼓舞斗志、团结全队夺取比赛胜利的组织和指挥者，对比赛起着至关重要的作用．因此，对核心后卫的培养与训练，应当更加引起我们的足够重视．

In order to keep abreast of the much stronger development trend in today's worldwide basketball field characteristic of high speed, confrontation and contend for high altitude and to raise our country's basketball level as soon as possible,a number of major reforms have been carried out in the field of our country's basketball in recent years. With the implementation of club system,introduction of foreign and,domestic talented people constantly on the move and the reforms of contest systems and methods,our country's basketball level has been improved to a higher degree. Key guards have paid great attention to their heights,but compared with the members of strong teams abroad,there is still a big difference between them. In the eyes of training, there are great potentialities to be exploited. Key guards are the orgernizers and commanders in implementing combat schemes, inspiring fighting will and uniting all the team members to win the game. They also play a vital role in the game. So we should give enough attention to the training of key guards.
