摘要
经10天灌喂中药制剂Ⅰ和Ⅱ后，小鼠抗氧化能力增强，运动能力明显提高，力竭运动后肌肉MDA、ATP、GSH恢复加快．实验显示中药制剂Ⅰ、Ⅱ均能降低LPO反应，加快MDA、ATP、GSH的恢复，并提示运动后GSH的变化可能对肌肉机能的恢复有着重要意义。
10 days poured the mice with Chinese medicine ⅠandⅡ,the mice power of anti-oxdation and exercise increased. After exhaused exercise, the recovery of MDA、ATP、GSH of mice muscle quicken compared with the control group. The result shows,Chinese medicine Ⅰand Ⅱ can reduce the reaction of LPO,quicken the recovery process of fatigue,and promot that the changing of GSH after exercise is important to the recovery of the function of skeletal muscle.
