摘要
本文对117例有晕厥史的病人于发作间期作脑电地形图检查,并对照其他辅助检查发现,成人晕厥多继发于外周血管阻力下降(46.1%)和原因不明(23.9%),脑电地形图异常率分别为44.4%,28.6%。其中异常表现多为低功率和α功率的双侧不对称。
117 patients with syncope were examined by BEAM in intermittentpertiod of attack and compared with other assistant examination.The results showed that adult syncope majority second to reducing of peripheral vascular resistance (46.1%) and other didn'-t find reason (23.9%).Abnormal rates of BEAM were 44.4% and 28.6% respectivly and displayed low power and bilateral dissynmtrical power.
