老年慢性精神分裂症与同龄老人脑电图的对照分析

A COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF EEG ON AGED PATIENTS WITH CHRONIC SCHIZOPHRENIA AND AGE-MATCHED CONTROLS

目的:为了解老年慢性精神分裂症(SCS)患者脑电图(EEG)的改变。方法:应用丹麦丹迪公司SEEG—16道脑电图仪,对39例正常老人和24例SCS患者的EEG作了检查。结果:SCS患者异常EEG(66.7％)显著多于正常老人(28.2％),(X^2检查,P<0.01)。异常表现以局灶性θ、δ波为主(X^2检查,P<0.01)。不同年龄组的异常率比较,CASI量表与EEG检查结果比较,差异均未达显著性(P>0.05)。结论:SCS患者的EEG可表现出具有不同于正常老人对照组衰老的变异,因而对了解SCS患者上仍有一定参考价值。

Objective;To investigate the variations of electroencephalogram (EEG) of aged patients with chronic schizophrenia.Methods;The BEAM-EEG was recorded from the scalps of 24 patients diagnosed as chronic schizophrenia according to CCMD-II-R and 39 normally aged controls using a Dantec Concerto SEEG-16 Instrument.Results;The abnormal ratio cf EEG was significantly higher in aged schizophrenics than that of normal controls (66.7% vs.28.2%,p<0.05)).The varied EEG presented local increased θ and δ waves.No significant difference was found between the EEG of patients of varied ages.And no significant correlation was found between the EEG and one cognitive assessnent-CASI score was also found within the patient group.Conclusions;The variations of EEG between aged schizophrenics and age-matched controls were confirmed in the present study.
