摘要
在不同温度下测定青虾(又名日本沼虾)Macrobrachium nipponense(De Haan) 幼体的耗氧率和呼吸系数,在24℃~32 ℃温度下耗氧率是随温度的升高而增高,其湿重耗氧率的回归方程为:y=-4.5385+0.3888xy:湿重的耗氧率mm^3·mg^(-1)·h^(-1)x:水温(℃)其干重耗氧率的回归方程为:y=-13.2200+1.1875xy:干重的耗氧率mm^3·mg^(-1)·h^(-l)x:水温(℃)在24℃、28℃和32℃温度下,青虾幼体的呼吸系数分别为0.71、0.76、0. 70。
The oxygen consumption rate and breath coefficient of Macrobrachium nipponense (De haan) at different temperature were determined. The results showed that the oxygen consumption rate rised when the temperature rised during 24℃-32℃,the linear regression equation of wet weight was:y=-4. 538 3 + 0. 388 8 xy :the oxygen consumption rate of wet weight (mm3·mg-1·h-1)x : water temperature (℃)and the linear regression equation of dry weight was:y=-13. 220 0+1. 187 5x y :the oxygen consumption rate of dry weight (mm3·mg-1·h-1)x : water temperature (℃)Also,the breath coefficients of Macrobrachium nipponense larvae at 24℃,28℃ and 32℃were ascertained. They are 0. 71,0. 76 and 0. 70,respectively.
