水平井射孔测试和直读联作

Perforating and Direct Reading Combined Test Technology in Horizontal Well

摘要 水平井单项作业难度较小,风险也较小,但施工周期长,费用大。采用TCP+DST+DYD三联作工艺,影响因素多,难度也较大。在江苏油田水平井测试中,成功地应用了TCP+DST+DYD三联作新技术,一趟作业管串连续完成几项作业任务。射孔运用了导向翼式定向枪,采用分段分次双向液压延时点火引爆工艺;DYD直读技术,可靠地实现了测试全过程的地面监测控制,确保了二关压力恢复曲线的测量和地层参数的获取。 Single operation in horizontal well has only difficulty and low risk,but it takes long time and high cost. Using TCP+DST+DYD combined test technology,there are more effect factors and difficulties, However TCP+DST+DYD combined test technology were success fully used in the horizontal well test in Jiangsu oil field,and several works were finished at the same time. Limb orientation perforating gun and sectionalized two orieritation delayed ignition technology were used in the test. Ground monitor and control in the process were executed by using DYD technology. These insured to get pressure build up test data and the formation parameter.
