摘要
本文提出了一种以网络结点为基础,在齿面上的活动标架里,计算齿轮在不同啮合位置的接触点,以求得接触迹线的新方法.由于坐标系选取特殊位置,可简化计算,以网络结点的离散数据描述齿面,可用来研究有误差或变形的真实齿面的形状和接触迹线,也可校核接触点之外两齿面是否相交干涉.
This paper proposed a new method that was based on network node and applied to compute tooth contract-point line of engaged gears for different mesh position. This method, as its specially selected coordinate system and the tooth surface described by discrete data of network nodes, would simplify the computation, applied to study tooth form and contract-point trace line of real gear with manufacture error deformatiom, and to check out interference of engaged gears outside contract point.
