Thre kinds of expressions of mechanical performance for three-phase induction motor are available, but none of which could be directly used to express the relationship between the gradient (β) of mechanical performanse curve of the motor and its technical parameters. This paper derives a expression by means of which this relationship could be visually obtained and some theoretical guides for regulating the motor speed revealed.
