摘要
本文对压敏电阻的非欧姆特性做了一定分析.Zno压敏陶瓷电阻内可形成晶界偏析和晶界空间电荷区,利用空间电荷限制电流理论可解释压敏电阻器的非欧姆特性.
This paper discusses nonlinear resistivity of varistor. Grain boundary electrical region is produced in varistor, The cofficient of nonlinear resistivity is computed according to the current-controlling-charge theory, and computation results are agree with experiments.
